In Italy, the day is defined by coffee rituals. A Cappuccino in the morning with breakfast, a Macchiato in the afternoon and an espresso after dinner. During one of our brainstorming sessions we set out to create a blend that could be an American version of this fine tradition. So we went to our cupping table and immediately began sampling coffees that we felt could handle the extreme temperatures of our darker roasts-coffees from Africa, South America and Central America. The result is our Italian Blend-Bold & Rich with tasting notes of Chocolate, Caramel and a Nutty finish.
