We created our North Beach Blend in honor of Big River's own Katherine Henderson who owned and operated her own North Beach Coffee Shop in the 60's. After several cupping sessions Kat finally chose coffees from Africa and South America and roasted them to our French Roast and French Mediterranean Roast. The result is a Bold & Rich brew with tasting notes of Chocolate, Walnut  and a  Smoky finish
